I pride myself on smooth and easy closings for purchase, sale, refinance and reverse mortgages of real estate. While some attorneys are too busy to provide personal assistance, I have found it to be of great value to my clients. Since I do not have staff, I will always speak with you myself to assure prompt answers to your concerns.

First we will meet to discuss your particular personal circumstances and the estate planning needs indicated, then I will prepare drafts of wills, trusts, living wills and powers of attorney for your review. Then, once fully reviewed and finalized to meet your needs, we will arrange a second meeting for you to come in and sign them.
